Bum filler, also known as buttock augmentation with dermal fillers, uses a hyaluronic acid-based injectable to augment areas in your buttocks. After consulting with a professional regarding what you wish to achieve, fillers are applied to your bum. After cleaning the area, fine needles are injected, which improve the volume, contour, and shape of the buttocks.

We only use HYAcorp on the buttocks, which is a specially developed dermal filler perfect for achieving long-lasting and safe results.

The bum filler procedure typically lasts around an hour. The specific time can vary depending on the volume of filler also required and the individual patient’s needs.

One of the most important things about bum filler with HYAcorp filler is that results are immediate and also last much longer than the typical cosmetic filler out there. The maintenance time of this product can last almost double that, with its effects potentially being noticeable for up to 4 years. Additionally, touch-ups may be needed, but it may take fewer fillers for the subsequent treatments to maintain the desired outcome.

Avoid sitting on your buttocks for a few days after bum filler. It makes the filler very soft; you can still move it with pressure by that time. Sit on a soft chair or couch, if you have one, or lie face-down or side-lying. This will help it settle and not move. When you sit, have a cushion or special pillow between your legs and part of the chair to relieve some pressure. It takes roughly 5-7 days for the filler to settle down and stay in place. The best results will be achieved if you follow your practitioner’s aftercare instructions.

If you are considering getting butt fillers, the first thing that may come to mind is how much pain I am going through. There are different experiences for most patients to expect.

A numbing cream or local anaesthetic can be applied to reduce pain while the procedure is performed on you. There might be some pinching or pressure involved when getting the injection, but it is short-lived. You might be sore, swollen, or bruised after the buttock injections, but they usually disappear within a few days. You can use over-the-counter pain relievers as well as cold packs to help with any discomfort.
